Buyer's Checklist
Please review the following items carefully before your closing appointment.
Attendance
It is imperative that all parties attend the Closing. If this presents a problem, please notify us immediately.
Mobile Homes
Buyers purchasing mobile homes must obtain approval from the park owner before completing the purchase.
Photo Identification
Each buyer needs to bring a valid driver's license (or photo identification) to the closing for notary purposes along with either a social security card or passport.
Bank Wire
You will be required to wire the necessary funds to us prior to the Closing.
